Mr. Arsene Wenger is very much interested in signing Nigerian Ike Uche. The Nigerian who plays for Getafe FC, Spain has been very wonderful in the 2008/2009 Spanish Primera season where he has performed well against the likes of Real Madrid FC.
He was mercurial in the friendly match between Nigeria and France at St. Ettienne which Nigeria won 1-0. The match that paraded the likes of Frank Ribery, Karim Benzema, Patrice Evra, etc for France.
He had also shone for Getafe FC during the Uefa Cup competion. It is hoped that Mr.Wenger will be serious in his ambition to sign the Nigerian as he seems to be fully committed to his theory of grooming youngsters rather than buying stars.
