FALCAO ditches English football for MoNaCo FC

ready to spill the big cash for the 27 year old Columbian.The hype around Radamel Falcao was so much that even Arsenal FC gaffer was reported to be interested in his services.

Falcao has been very instrumental in the successs of Atletico Madrid since the departure of Fernando Torres and Sergio Aguero to Chelsea FC and Manchester City FC respectively.His goals agaianst Chelsea in the 2013 Super Cup showed his class and professionalism in the game.

Also,the 27-year-old has played a key figure in Atletico's successful season as he has guided the Vicente Calderon side to Copa del Rey glory and third place in the Liga table with his 31 goals in 41 appearances in all competitions. Thus, it was expected that he was going to move to England, especially with Chelsea and Manchester City breathing down his neck.

However, with Monte-Carlo based Monaco FC getting his services and the likes of James Rodriguez, Ricardo Carvalio also in their books...Manchester City and Chelsea FC have to look somewhere else for that prolific striker that would take them to gloryland.
